Kisuya is a Bathurst favourite – always fresh, bright, welcoming and beautifully consistent. The space is light and easy; dress up or down and it still feels right. The Flame Seared Salmon Sushi is a personal go‑to, the edamame is simple but yum, and the Share Set Menu is an absolute must-try – omgoshhh.
Their lunch bento boxes are a reliable favourite, and the whole menu has that clean, modern Japanese feel we love. If you’re a cocktail person, the Yuzu Love is the citrusy one you’ll think about later, and for something sweet (our dessert of choice…), their hazelnut martini hits the spot — try stopping at one! Service is warm, and it’s the kind of place that quietly becomes your regular.
