Stories, events and recommendations
If you submit a story, event, recommendation or other content, we'll collect the information you choose to share with us.
We'll only use it to review your submission, get in touch if we need more information, or publish it if it's selected.
Website usage
Like most websites, we use tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to help us understand how people find and use Chi. Connects.
This information is aggregated and anonymous. It helps us understand what's working, what's useful and how we can make the experience better.
These tools may use cookies, which you can manage through your browser settings.
How we look after your information
We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and use trusted third-party platforms to manage our website and communications.
We won't sell your personal information, and we won't hand it over to other businesses so they can market to you.
That's not our style.
Your rights
Under Australian privacy law, you can request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct something that's inaccurate, or ask us to stop contacting you.
